Training:

Our approach to training is based on strength, speed, muscular strength, stable posture as well as intermittent work to develop VO2 max or another capability. Any training program begins by an evaluation of your performances.

  • Endurance: VO2 max direct or indirect, VMA, PMA
  • Strength: strength curve of the muscles involved in the activity
  • Trunk muscle stabilization

We adapt ourselves to all sports; we just need to analyze the activity’s task or tasks in order to determine a preparation strategy. This expertise also requires a close collaboration among you, the trainer and our physical assistant.
